Commissioned by The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum, Cotswold Craftspeople is a 24 minute short documentary made in collaboration with Rhia Davenport, as a contemporary response to Harold Baim’s 1950s film The Cotswold Craftsmen. It explores the practices of 5 different local craftspeople, and is now showing in the Wilson Gallery’s Maker Space, in Cheltenham.

The video features sign-writer Eleanor Harper, dry stone waller Kirsty Donnelly, green woodworker Anna Casserley, stone carver Isobel Harper, and luthier Arul Vettivelu.

A film night was held to premiere the documentary, alongside a screening of the original 1950s film.
